Wish to clarify licence usage in my proposed project

Hi,
As above I wish to clarify and/or confirm the licence usage terms etc.
I have spent much time reading and going through forums and still not 100% clear on my use case.

If I purchase an extended licence for a jquery plugin - navigation menu system
Can I include this in a website theme that includes customisation of the menu system (purchased plugin) and sell the theme as its own product?

for example - I include the menu plugin in a ground-up build and designed theme and the end user will have access to an admin panel/dashboard where they can customise the menu system like the colours, styles, the actual menu items and links etc.

In short no you can’t - you would also need permission from the original auhor too
