My first item was a flyer from sevenstyles Forever Poster/Flyer Template. I used it for a birthday party for a friend back in 2012. I learned a lot since I joined envato. Now I’m making my own flyers
2) What was the most recent item you purchased? Include a link to the item! Image Preview Icon Set was my most recent purchase. I use these for my preview images. Great set and useful icons from kamarashev
3) Tie-breaker: What’s been your favorite Envato highlight over the past 10 years?
My Tie-breaker should be there in the next month. I will become “Elite” That was really my goal the last few years. But for now the best thing that happens was that my item 80’s Style Text Mockups V2 was featured on the homepage on Graphicriver this year. That was really a boost for me and that I get a confirmation for myself that my item was good enough for the feature. I now visit envato almost every day and it’s never get’s bored. On to the next 10 years.

I really like competitions. Most of all I remember the contest “Infographics” and “Broadcast Packages” in 2013.
The site provided an opportunity to create my project such as I like and look for a buyer for it and then to improve a next one according to the needs of customers. This site provided an opportunity for self-actualization.
I consider Envato is the best draft for creative people.

For me it was After Effects Project “Macrovision” on Videohive from Sonorafilms:https://videohive.net/item/macrovision/2021686 It was in 2012.
I still think this is one of the best projects on Videohive.

I have many favorite Envato highlights but getting the status and badge Elite author was the great highlight.
The first item I purchased: X (WordPress Theme by ThemeCo) purchased in 2014 (I think - purchased on behalf of a client through their account). I highly recommendX to anyone on WordPress! It comes equipped with Cornerstone (WP page builder also from ThemeCo). They make a great team!
The most recent item I purchased was the Ninja Popups Plugin (also for WordPress) along with the Ninja Optin Bars Pack Add-on purchased a few weeks ago for a client who wanted to step up their opt-in game, but isn’t ready to commit to a subscription-based opt-in plugin. The lifetime license is less expensive than a single month of SumoMe, Opt-in Monster, etc! Obviously those tools have additional features, but the Ninja Popups Plugin gets the job done! It’s not immediately the most user-friendly plugin, but it’s easy once you get used to it (which doesn’t take long) and it comes equipped with several templates and allows you to create your own – it also has A/B testing and analytics!
I’ve only been using Envato for a few years now, so I can’t speak for all 10 years… but I really love the communityof it all! It’s soooo nice to be able to find everything I need in one place and to have reviews from other users readily available when trying to decide on a new product/item/purchase. Even the comments are helpful! I haven’t really used the forum yet, but I’m so glad it’s here! It’s always nice to get help from others who have had the same issue(s) as you or even just understand it better… and it always feels good to pay it forward when you’re able help someone else out with a solution! I don’t know if support is technically included in the community aspect, but I’ve had only good experiences with support as well! As a freelancer, I work with multiple clients who have worked with many freelancers before me… sometimes it can be difficult to track down a purchase code or something (because the client definitely never knows) and support is always been responsive and helpful!

Tie-breaker: What’s been your favorite Envato highlight over the past 10 years? My Favorite highlight is when I found Envato on July 2015 and I fell in love with GraphicRiver at the first sight … but my Favorite Envato Highlight is “Automatic Approval of Item Updates” … What a great news, it shows that Envato consider authors as partners and trust them to always work together to find better solutions for both sides … and hope authors will not abuse the trust given by Envato on this policy.
Hope I can get a new favorite highlight in this next few days … a “Free 10th Birthday Envato T-Shirt”

Reales WP - Real Estate WordPress Theme. I think this is the nice Real Estate theme for rich features and Clean Design. It was purchased on 2015-04-26 09:50:26 UTC. Support is very good.

Favorite Envato Highlight when My first item got approved. It was GEO - Responsive Bootstrap 3 App Landing Page Template. It was approved on Tue, Feb 3, 2015 at 11:32 AM. First time reviewed by Crusader12 on February 1, 2015 and approved by kailoon. Though this my favorite highlight but best is community (Stuffs, Buyer and Author).

There are many highlights. But, the one which was very important, the Elite Program Revamp. It came with a lot of useful features and goodies which an author really needs in his business. Thanks.

When I went over the top on the first position in the section Music Kit, this event was the coolest event for me. I experienced a lot of positive emotions and was very happy. I was so happy and inspired that I danced a jig-kicking. It was just unforgettable. Envato thank you for the opportunity to earn a favorite point!

My first purchase was “Dramatic Intro” on AudioJungle by soundroll-music. Purchased back in 2013, I ended up buying it 3 times for multiple licenses.

I’d have to say my favorite Envato highlight was October 4th, 2010, when “The King’s Summit”, or what it was called back then, “Fight For Your Freedom” was uploaded by Symphony-of-Specters. That track alone I have purchased several times, used in several projects, and I love it! It has saved me a lot of time and money. In fact, I was first introduced to Envato searching for stock music and coming across that track. Since then, I pushed Envato onto our team and have used marketplace items for many projects over the years.

I think my favorite Envato highlight is the creation of Microlancer in 2013 and the later revamp to Envato Studio in 2014. I love the concept of being able to freelance under the Envato network, as well as the innovated process of finding freelancers to do work for you in a way that works just as well as shopping for marketplace items! The Envato community/company is really fleshing itself out, making it a one-stop shop for creative professionals across the board.
My highlight moment was (11/6/15) when I received an invitation from Damien, to become a contributor for an exciting new product from Envato (Envato Elements). It was an amazing feeling and I felt really proud to became an early founding contributor of Envato Elements. Thank you Envato for this great opportunity, Happy Anniversary.
