My question is: Is there a way to avoid the 30% US tax while underage ? My country (Bulgaria) has tax treaties with USA.

Per Envato’s terms and conditions, you’re not allowed to have your own account if you’re under the age of 18. However, you’re allowed to use a parent or guardian’s account with their permission. In such a case, it would be their tax information that gets submitted.
