width of menus in medico theme on different browsers

my top navigation menu works fine in safari but in IE chrome and firefox, drops down and i cannot find where to repair it in my medico theme, i cannot make it smaller, i cannot find where to control the width it appears it who’ll fit just fine …but does not except for in sarfai can anyone help me
