Widgets are gone and CANNOT save new widgets using the Avada Theme!!

Hi, for some reason the widgets in our website is not working anymore, I tried to disabled all the plugins as well and still no luck. I tried to switch to another theme to isolate the problem more, after switching to another theme widgets are working fine, and I can add it again. So meaning the issue is coming from Avada Theme.

Anyone has the ideas on how to fix this?

adding / deleting / updating widget options is done via ajax. This is probably a javascript error somewhere that is stoping the rest of the scripts to be executed. Have you checked the console for any errors?
