Why were 2 items in a row rejected?

Hello,
I’m a new author here an Envato, specializing in Themeforest. I’ve been trying to get an item in for 2 weeks now, but with no progress. “Rejected for quality standards” is what the review keeps telling me, with no extra information on how to move forward.

Any small detail would be really appreciated.

The first template may be rejected because of the content … this is probably a violation of the law. in some countries this is punishable by law. I repeat, perhaps but I do not know for sure.
