It´s hard to say because it has a nice look. But maybe the rejection is because camera moves and angles are too similar from one picture to the next one. Maybe improving transitions and not using just direct cut. Also text font looks a little bit outdated.

It’s a good design, but a little static. You can improve it by adding transitions between each of the main photos and also adding input animation to the large texts (“06Thesample picture”)
The template is beautiful. But it looks like it was made a few years ago. This is not enough for the “digital” design in 2018-2019.
you can add some more details. you should review the trend designs for this year.
I think you need to work on Font. The Font you used, it’s not looking good! Add More HUD text Behind the Photo Slider. May be You can add reflection also.
