What are the problems in design? Why isn’t it accepted? I can not solve.

Also its pretty simple design, so I guess the market is already saturated with these
That’s actually a very common way to label info on business cards. I work at a design/print shop, and the majority of business cards that people send us to have printed use this method. Though personally I don’t really like it.
I do agree about it being too simple though.
