Typography is your main issue. Your fonts doesn’t pair. You used a sans serif condensed font for title that doesn’t pair with that script font and with that serif classic font in the footer. Also the gold texture looks fake.

hi buddy as for me, even if i agree with a good deal of what @SomethingDesign said i would go farther again in my case … yes typo is not matching and the font combinations that u made are not working at this stage … but there is also an issue of kerning too, not to menton that the emptiness behind texts is sort of underlining the issue …
once again he was also right about the style that could be improved, nothing to add about this …
but , then, there is also a matter of global organization too as he is the lay out overall looks sort of messy , sorry to say just this but this is how i feel , i guess that this is coming from the central back that is not being aligned with anything in the middle and looks sort of pasted independently from all the other elements indeed …
otherwise , u have an issue of contrast in the gold bullet, the texts are not popping out much and are not super easy to read too …
finally , the footer really needs a rework …, either about the used font or the positioning in my view …
the very good things is that u have a cool base to work with and if u can fix things properly i think that there is no reason why u would not be able to make it with this flyer …
