Why US Royalty withholding applied to six month free support?

when an US buyer bought my item the Royalty withholding is also applied to six month support, my item price $20 but i only got 6(SIX) USD, my question STILL I need to do this business with envato?

Envato share 50%
Royalty withholding ITEM: 30%
Royalty withholding support: 30%

Any idea ?
