Why this template rejected exactly?

Hi, Recently I Submit below template :

And it rejected :

we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again

But I don’t know what was the problem!
Anybody can guide me about the reason?

It seems that there is no rational reason for this rejection. So I will present this item on our website. But I wonder why there are some related templates that have functional error (JS for example) on Themforest! Anyway that was an experience.
