The question. I would like Envato officials to respond since what we see at http://quality.market.envato.com/ is not true by any means
It looks wrong because is showing the average waiting times for all items rather than the typical waiting times. Because we had a few days in which new authors were getting reviewed very quickly indeed (now stopped) it pushed the overall average way down even though most authors were experiencing much longer times.
Note to Envato developers: change it to show the median instead of mean and the problem goes away
