why seller use abusive language without reason

Today, I purchased one backlink script. script not working well so I click on support and ask for help, and he replied, “if you are not happy, I will issue refund.”

I replied to him, I need help, not refund.

he started sending abusive emails. Now I need clarification from Envato team

how anyone send abusive email to any customer, when they ask for help?
