It’s all about the typography - you’ve got issues with size, spacing and alignment. It looks disorganised. A good type layer must look organised - it’s all about creating a visual hierarchy so the viewer can take in the information easily. Look down the left margin, you’ve got alignments in various different places, both centred and left justified. Many text parts have a lack of empty space around them which makes them look crammed in and too hard to read. The vertical “call now” looks like a bad idea - it’s just needlessly hard to read.
