sorry to say just this but indeed, as for me , i have trouble to identify what is the concept behind the shape … i guess this maybe a first reason. Afterwards, u have too many details, pls keep in mind that here people are considering logos in a very small size … and the more details u have the less it looks neat so to speak … i think that u should better opt for complementary colors otherwise … this is not bad visually but in terms of contrast and readability it would be much better with other colors … finally your typo is clean but also flat and lacking either originality and font combinations too …
