Why purchased tag missing near my name

Recently I purchased a code but I didn’t get purchased tag near my name. So, author doesn’t give support and suspect I have downloaded code somewhere else. How do I explain to him or how do I get batch ?

Are you sure it was this account which you were logged into when buying the item?

You didn’t purchase it as a guest?

If you go to your downloads page (must be logged in) www.codecanyon.net/downloads then the item should be there - click the download button and choose “all files” to get license info and you can use the purchase code to register for support from the author/prove purchase

Thanks for your reply. I have checked my downloads and can see my purchase.
As you instructed, I have contacted them through their support. Waiting for their reply.
