Why price difference for Empathy Theme ($49) vs Empathy vCard ($25)

Can any one explain to me why the price difference between the Empathy WordPress theme and vCard?

It’s theme and template. You need to know how to change the details for HTML template ( 25$ ) e.g basic HTML/CSS but for theme ( WordPress ) you have admin panel to perform the changes.
