Why my wp theme rejected?!!

Hi guys. I recently submitted a blog wordpress theme to TF but it’s rejected due to low quality! While there are many themes like this in TF!
Can anyone tell me what is the problem?

I’d say this is suspiciously like http://solopine.com/rosemary/ and @SoloPine’s other themes.

your copy designs other designer but not can copy sorry, you can see for example other designs for give ideas make wordpress… regards.

No my theme is’t a copy from Rosemary. There are many themes by the same structure. For example this new accepted theme: http://theme-preview.com/carolina/

I think that you not can submit themeforest design same structure because themes “carolina” is already first idea design approved, you can make different design but you can make a design psd later html or wordpress for approved themeforest, good luck, regards.
