Can someone pls help on the topic above. Why upload limits does not renewed after 200 uploads.

It takes 30 days for you to earn more uploads. If you upload 20 photos one day, 30 days later you get 20 more submissions. If you upload 50 photos the next day, 30 days later you get 50 more submissions. Does that help?
