With respect you are not even close with this.

  • avoidable validation issues

  • numerous issues throughout with the basics like margins, consistency, typography, spacing etc

  • no footer

  • nothing unique or premium

  • HTML is a template WordPress is a theme

The best advice anyone can give you is to check out big selling files here and familiarise yourself with the design, quality and premium requirements. Again with respect trying to get this approved is a waste of your time.
