Why my Templete got rejected? Please Help!!!

My item, Domain For Sale - Responsive Domain Selling / Parking Template, has been rejected by ThemeForest. & I don’t know why & What’s the improvement I should have to make.

With respect this is not close:

There needs to be all sorts more features, functionality, options, etc to make it premium.

As it is it does not load well on mobile, there are avoidable validation errors, and design basics especially typography need work
