Why my refund request was not returned?

I requested a refund. The developer did not answer. I opened a dispute. But there was no return. What should I do?

My opinion wait for envato support team reply.

@sarp159 due to ongoing pandemic all response from author and also from support team may get delayed over a week of time. so ill suggest to keep patients for there response.
