Why my logo and business card hard rejected?

I’didnt grouped logo layers in Adobe Illustrator and no font name or file. Problem is this ungroup? And i gave all ai files with 6 color variation.

And i upload 6 color variation psd and fonts and full customizable with masks.

I think problem is just design.

hi for me there’s a true effort about originality and creativity and that has to be noted, now i just tend to believe that maybe there’s an issue about typo and probably about the fact that the shapes in which u are supposed to write information are not straight and maybe not “worked out enough” for this place

well if u wish … if it were me i wold not hard reject , for sure … just ask u to slightly embetter what i mentioned and after u do , your item would be on sale for sure …
