I don’t know why it’s got a hard rejection. Please anyone advice what is the issue with this template.

That cursor is extremely annoying. That would be the first thing I would advice to get rid of. It is the same dumb trend like scrolling “in view” animations were few years ago. It was maybe cool to see it for the first time somewhere, but if every other “creative” template uses it, it is getting old too fast.
