Why my item is rejected? Any help?

And what is the solution now?

The majority of items won’t have pre approved psd versions but that’s not the point - if you pay $5 for a design then it’s not going to be premium quality.

What you do next is up to you but he ddsign you have here is a long way from approval as it is.

ok thanks btw PSD was not for $5. It was $80

Same template in wrapbootstrap marketplace :joy:

You are kidding - a third link and a third stolen item?!

So unbelievably disrespectful to envato, reviewers and other authors.

@charlie4282 let me show you your so called respectful authors. I am attaching just 3 examples to show what is going on themeforest. If you say, I can provide thousands of such examples because I have been watching all this drama for the last few months.

Check these.
12

Event “belton” is uploaded by 3 authors (Respectful Authors)

  1. Wordpress theme
  2. HTML Template (Exactly Same)
  3. Joomla Theme (Exactly Same)

Now what would you say about these?

You answered your own question - 3 DIFFERENT items eg. HTML, WP, Joomla

That is completely ok assuming they all have agreements and licenses to make the conversions - which they will have as otherwise envato wouldn’t approve it.

The earlier links you shared/submitted were the SAME formats that has been previously approved by the original authors including one that had their info in the code.

Beyond anything else that is simply illegal and you are wasting your time and the reviewers time, which means genuine authors are having to wait longer to have their items approved.

so you are saying that I am free to convert old wordpress themes to HTML template and upload them here?

You may also noticed that 3 DIFFERENT items eg. HTML, WP, Joomla have 3 different authors

I made a purchase a while ago to item "Folk https://audiojungle.net/item/emotional-indie-folk/21945824?s_rank=3 " item is rejected

Most authors specialise in one platform. Again all legit as long as the original authors give permission, new author has the right licenses etc.

You CANNOT just choose an item and convert it without the right agreements in place.

This said, based on this thread I still don’t think this is the right marketplace for you to be working on. Authors may not be interested in partnering with someone without approved items or evidence that they can meet marketplace standards and it’s not as simple as just submitting items, even when you have permission.

ok next time I will ask for permission but let me know once I got permission from wordpress theme author to convert it to HTML then how would I tell themeforest reviewers that I have permissions? What kind of evidence I would have to show themeforest reviewers?

A lot of people I noticed are doing the same thing. Converting Wordpress to HTML

You need explicit permission and the original author needs to submit a ticket to envato expressing this and you need to include the ticket ID in your submission.

Beyond that you will almost certainly need a buy out fee, shared profits and maybe an extended license - that stuff could mes down to what the author wants but it’s likely to be expensive if it’s a new arrangement

ok
