My HTML theme I’ve been working on for over a month has been hard rejected. Could you please review my theme and tell me where I went wrong?

To be honest there are way too much issues, including typography, spacing and alignment, color scheme, attention to details. The overall design is not good and feels outdated. I usually work about 6 months on a product before I submit it. Best.
