hi there are a collection of things to fix in my view
1- twitter logo
u cannot use their logo because of rights
2- logo
there is a need for a decent / professional fake logo
3- icons
they are too flat
4- homogeneity
hard to understand why ribbons are slanted in some cases and not in some others and why we see the back of the ribbon in one case but not in all other cases …
5- typo
this is basically too flat and lacking originality and font combinations
6- alignment
hard to understand on what u aligned the name and function. lots of texts are flagged on the right but the logo and tagline are in the flagged in the middle
7- hierarchy of information
basically nothing si popping out enough or being outstanding enough
