hi I think that this is because this is basically too simple and that u are expected to push the envelope graphic design wise and that nothing is really outstanding in anyway. PLus, there is too much of a common pattern for all slides, if ask me. Normally , such items contain very different organizations, contents and so on. The typo is quite flat and lacking relief , even if this is sort of clean, here standards are high and they will expect u to bring much more efforts to the table about it. U also have to realize that u need to invest more time in the preview, as this is the interface between u and your work and the reviewer and potential buyers. the problem is that here the preview is not "“selling” and this yellow is super aggressive visually speaking and diverting the attention of people when this is your work that should be valued indeed
There’s also a lot of similar items already coded. There’s no value/reason for someone to purchase and code what they can buy ready made for a similar price on the other marketplace
