Why is it taking too long for envato to review my item both for submission and re-submission on codecanyon ?

7 days for submission and 2 days for resubmission. Thanks, they’ve gotten back to me .But i need help on soft rejection because "documentation is a little lacking ". I added a quick guide and resubmitted but they still soft rejected me . Please what do you suggest i do?

Don’t add a quick guide… add a more detailed guide!

Also i actually just discovered they have not gotten back to me , so the item has been queued for review (re-submission) for about 2days now.
