why is it so haevy to get in touch with author's

I’m desperately lookig to get in touch with the autor of the template “Barista” I can’t find anything. Only pre anwers.

Can anybody help on how to get in touch with someone “Human” ?

Well this I have seen allready. But, i can not drop him a line. I bought this template just this morning. Having seen that there is a 3 month support period it should be possible to send him a request. Or am I wrong ?

it’s really confusing for me the way on how to get support. Sorry for that, but it’s me who was used to use joomla support channels in the past with other template provider and therefore not used with your platform.

Anyway… I was long going trough many item on your support platform and I couldn’t find a solution for my simple „Task“.

  1. I Just would have liked to modify the opening hours. Yes I was trying to do it over the „Widget“ but I couldn’t find the content.
  2. I would like to modify / write content in different Blog Article. And also here I couldn’t find anything that could have brought me an further like an editor for writing.
    But still… The Barista Template is wonderful and it fits exactly to my needs and I was allready able to customize many thing.

I would love to get your hint / support so I can go on with my project.

I would like to be able to drop a line with an individual question / problem and then to get an answer.

I don’t want to read all this pre-answers whitch are not interesting me at the moment.
