Well this I have seen allready. But, i can not drop him a line. I bought this template just this morning. Having seen that there is a 3 month support period it should be possible to send him a request. Or am I wrong ?

We can’t login without a theme from that athor but can you please screenshot and share what you see when you have logged into the help as per the link above?

it’s really confusing for me the way on how to get support. Sorry for that, but it’s me who was used to use joomla support channels in the past with other template provider and therefore not used with your platform.
Anyway… I was long going trough many item on your support platform and I couldn’t find a solution for my simple „Task“.
I would love to get your hint / support so I can go on with my project.
