so recently I started exploring videohive and started selling on it but the issue I am getting is that I don’t see any emails or notifications whenever my item sold or not even who bought it.
does anyone know what’s the issue?
Once you go to Author Dashboard, you can see a tab named “Statements”.
For each sale you have one statement with date and order ID.
In the Details section, you can see an Invoice number for each sale.
When you click the Invoice number, the invoice for that sale will open in new tab.
It has the name and the address of the buyer.
No full name, no full address, but you can see the city and country at least
