hi indeed for me this is logical that your job got rejected , this does not mean that what u have created is not good , but the thing is that there are many flows though …
1- contrast
a lot of your texts or elements are not popping out much as regard the lack of contrast
yellow texts are not much of a good idea in particular
2- readability
the readability is much of an issue in this case as your texts are meant to be read
3- typo
what u have here is lacking a bit of an originality touch , u need more variations and font combinations
4- positioning
texts are sometimes misplaced this is in particular not welcome to have texts closing elements because in the end they are just super hard to read …
5- black edges
as such this could be cool but this is not as they are too thin indeed and it looks sort of pixellated as such …
Can i upload again after revision ?
I think that if soft rejected you can fix and upload, if hard rejected you don’t can fix same design upload graphicriver but you can fix different colors, photos, etc if you make case to n2n44 that say for forum will approved.

Yes, it’s hard rejected. (you don’t can fix and resubmit again)
already hard rejected Item again resubmit not acceptable by envato. You may re-submit once you have done significant changes and can be considered as a completely new item that is entirely distinguishable from the first upload. So that it look and feel as like a totally new Item.
