Why Html theme hard rejected?

I am new at themeforest. U designed my first template for this market. I uploaded twice but they rejected due to quality standards. Please can anyone help me what is the main issue in my design. Here is the link

with respect too basic very common design. lack premium aesthetic design. you should to improve the design with more aesthetic design with premuim features.

Thanks for response… i will update my theme. I have one more question, i am using vueJs in my theme for loading content is it ok according to policies?
