Why happened forbidden to verify personal tokens and purchase code?

Hi @yehtike2012,

If you mean envato elements item then note that envato elements item don’t come with purchase code and envato api personal token work only for envato market not in envato elements.

If you mean envato market item then you can share the error screenshot. We can check and try to help you.
