why don,t i get a new update from theme houzez

Hello, i bought a theme /homey houzez but never get an update or e-mail from them. My Your support has expired. i can,t get in contact with them.

See tekst on website : As soon as a new update is available, you will receive a notification email from ThemeForest . Before updating Houzez, it’s wise to prepare everything carefully to prevent any loss of settings or customization you have made to your site.

The theme may not be updated during that period or your email configuration/notifications settings may be disabled

Just enable Item update notification in email settings from your Dashboard: Settings => Email Settings:

Also make sure in your Download page there is Checked for:
Get notified by email if this item is updated

Whether you got the email or not, you can always download the latest version under your ThemeForest account / Downloads.
