Why doesn't event support help?

It has been more than 10 days since I tried to unlink my account with facebook, since my account was disabled.

Until today I have received several tickets but in only one they answered me, I sent the requested information and they never answered.

It is the first time I request support with an account of more than 5 years, I think they should take their clients more seriously, and handle quality support.

I have access to my email with which the account was created, but when I link it with Facebook, the email no longer serves me to reset the password, if someone has had this problem, please help me, what can I do with the company so that it responds to my request.
