Why doesn't Envato provide at least one reason for hard rejections?

Recently, four of our WordPress plugins were hard rejected by an Envato reviewer. This is an unusual situation for our team, as we have successfully had over 20 plugins approved in the past six months. However, for the past two months, we’ve been experiencing repeated rejections without understanding the reasons behind them.

It would be immensely helpful if Envato could provide at least one main reason for each rejection. This feedback would enable us to identify the issues and make the necessary improvements in our future submissions.


This may be more valid in someone like your case where you have the proven experience to act on feedback, but there is a huge % of people who are rejected who simply would not be able to translate feedback into the necessary action which only leads to delays and increased frustration.
