Why can’t i reach the developers of my themes? & Why can’t i upload the themes to Wordpress? When I upload them I am getting an error about a missing css style sheet!
If you click on the authors username or profile image it will bring you to their profile, from there you can send a message using the message form on the right side of the page. Keep in mind that many ThemeForest authors have their own support sites which you should go through instead, so keep an eye out for any mention about support on their profile and item pages.

Thank you for your response. I have done all i can! There is no email or phone number for the developers of these themes:
There’s no support for items that are downloaded from envato elements.
That said if you make sure you are installing ONLY the theme folders then these should be fine.

I am using a WordPress theme. Yes still getting the error.
I am trying to copy and paste the “missing css style sheet” and move it all in the “theme folder” fingers crossed

WordPress/HostGator is telling me to contact the developer. (They have to create a plugin) Envato is telling me to contact HostGator/WordPress.
I am paying for a service for my websites I have not been able to use now for 2 months.
