I bought a template but the website of the designer is offline (404) today and yesterday. I do not get a response on my email.
When I do not have a response in 2 days I will aks a refund. I can find all kinds of information but not the email address where to write to in these cases…

Okay I asked for a refund. As I dont have a good feeling about the author of the template. His site is offline for more then a week and he does not respond. I saw that the refund form is sent ot the author , but is it also sent to people from envato?
