why are one of these approved and one is not

These are just screenshots of the videos, can somebody please tell me why one is approved and one is not?

They’re both very dark… and flat. If I had to guess which one got approved, it would be the bottom one, as it’s not as dark.

@ SpaceStockFootage2, Looking at the user portfolio, Green one recently approved and Red is not in the portfolio.
