Why approval process is taking too much time?

I have upload item on ThemeForest and 19 days passed but still no action on theme approval. Any one know why this is happening?

There is no maximum time. It could take 10 years if the queue was big enough! Jokes aside, there’s no way to tell how long it will take. It depends on queue size, number of active reviewers, weekends, holidays, etc. The link below will show you the average over the last week, however, which may give you a good idea, but don’t be surprised if you wait longer than the numbers shown here: http://quality.market.envato.com/themeforest
