I already have an Envato account that I’ve used with getting a few themes from Theme Forest. I’m now trying to get another plugin and Code Canyon is asking me to create another account when I already have one. I signed in to my account, but whenever I attempt to access the Code Canyon side I’m asked o log in again only to tell me the info I’m using is wrong. Any way around this?
Sounds like a cache/cookie issues. Logout from your account and re-login at account.envato.com
The page should take you to the CodeCanyon as well.
If it doesn’t work, could be a browser issue. Try with another one.
