Why all my envato affiliate balance is displaying in Pending Action Earnings? Shouldn’t it be in My Earnings?

Yes this is because the earnings will be pending until these actions lock on the 15th of each month.

Your affiliate earning at first will arrive in pending status until next 15th of the month. And then pending status will be removed automatically and earning will go to your earnings. Don’t worry about this because it will be auto process and no need to do anything from your side.
