Who can tell me what to do with this email that was sent to me by email?!

As it says on the front of the letter, that document is confidential and private, so I’ve removed it from your post. That is a Form 1042-S, a tax form from the United States IRS, which is a summary of any taxes that you paid in 2019 on your sales.

Depending on your country and its tax laws, you might be able to get some or all of this money refunded by your government. Consult a tax adviser if that’s important to you.

If you’re interested in getting any paid taxes refunded, then keep it until you file your taxes with your local government.
