Which WP Lightbox plugin has the best conditional logic?

We have thousands of pages generated live from a real estate database.
How can I show a lightbox plugin depending on an an on-page element or text?
The price is not contained in the URL, it is on page.

For example. If Price < $100,000 display Lightbox.
