Which wordpress theme should i buy?

Hi,

I would like to buy a theme for a website I would like to make. This site that has all the features I require of my site http://www.springviewcare.co.uk/ so ideally a theme that would allow me to have:

a) a mobile responsive site
b) have tabs with drop down menus
c) be able to have pictures where the pictures change like slidehow
d) have a function where the text size could be changed

did you have a look at Enfold theme? Bare in mind that works will have to be done by yourself, nothing comes exactly as you can see on the web. http://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990
