Which License to apply developping a freeware application, Regular or Extended ?

I’m interested in a javascript library which I will use to develop a mp3 player and image viewer application. The application will be distributed as a freeware. Not charge at all.

The final result of the product ( how many downloads will have) is unpredictable ( 0 to many) as well as the time period during which the player will be offered on-line or by other means and the different versions that during its life time will be distributed.

Does a regular license applies in this case?

If not, could you explain why?

As long as the end users can freely access the end product, the Regular License is fine. There can be more than one end-user (the person who uses the end product, such as the end consumer) as long as there is only one, unique end product.
