Which license allow me to offer a similar project for free?

Hello,

is it allowed to create an youtube tutorial and use the same techniques to reproduce an item bought from an exclusive graphic river author and offer the final product (that is slightly different from the one for sale) for free? Would a regular license be enough or do I need an extended license?

any thoughts? I’m asking because someone decided to do this with one of my items

I think it would be Copyright Infringement. You should contact author of original item before you copy of his work.
