Which is the best Forms for File upload

I am looking for a Forms plugin for File upload with the security scanning of files uploaded that doesn’t have malicious code or malware.

Or if the forms plugin can allow to upload the file to Google drive, and link it in the entries and we can have the link emailed as notification after the form is submitted.

the security scanning of files uploaded that doesn’t have malicious code or malware.

It may not be possible, at some point, you will need to integrate the form/file with third party software that is actually doing the “scanning” for the file.

Best option is to limit the file uploads as image/txt then you won’t need to scan any file.
