Which category would you choose for this track?

Hi there!

Here’s a track I created that is quirky, offbeat and not easily categorized. Any suggestions? I called it “Sneaky Hip-Hop” but that title might not necessarily fit. Thanks for the help.

Funk Groove rather than Hip Hop in my opinion.

BTW Nice groove. I would spend some additional time on gluing two main leads with background. This type of track can sound little vintage with a tinge of lo-fi and clumsiness but it has to be consistent. In my opinion main lead is too bright, make it more “lo-fish”.

Fun track, I could imagine this as game music as well. Maybe consider doing 2 smaller additional loops, one with lead melody and one without lead melody. Otherwise I agree with RedOctopus.
